PlumBoost Affiliate Program Terms of Service
Thank you for your interest in the PlumBoost Affiliate Program (the “Program”). By signing up to become an affiliate of PlumBoost, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms of Service”).
- Enrollment in the Program
To enroll in the Program, you must complete the online application form and agree to the Terms of Service. PlumBoost reserves the right to reject any application for any reason.
- Commissions
As an affiliate of PlumBoost, you will earn a commission on each sale made through your unique referral link. Commissions are paid out on products that you own and only on those products. PlumBoost reserves the right to modify the commission rate at any time, with notice to you.
- Processing and Handling Fees
If you receive a 100% commission, you acknowledge that a processing and handling fee of 10% will be deducted from the total amount of the sale before the commission is paid out to you.
- Payment
Commissions are paid out weekly, 7 days after the sale is made. Payment will be made through the payment method you select in your affiliate account. PlumBoost reserves the right to modify the payment schedule or method at any time, with notice to you.
- Prohibited Activities
As an affiliate of PlumBoost, you agree not to engage in any activities that may be harmful to PlumBoost, its customers, or its reputation. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Spamming or sending unsolicited emails
- Promoting PlumBoost through illegal or unethical means
- Falsely representing PlumBoost or its products
- Using trademarked or copyrighted materials without permission
- Termination
PlumBoost reserves the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without cause. If your account is terminated due to a violation of these Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for any unpaid commissions.
- Limitation of Liability
PlumBoost will not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising from your participation in the Program. You agree to indemnify and hold PlumBoost harmless from any claims or damages resulting from your participation in the Program.
- Modification of Terms
PlumBoost reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time, with notice to you. Your continued participation in the Program after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
- Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Michigan, without giving effect to its conflicts of law principles.
By clicking “I Agree” on the online application form, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not enroll in the Program.
